We get boutique operators recommended in AI travel search, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI, and cited as the booking source, so more guests book direct on your own site instead of paying the OTA tax.
Built by operators, run for operators. Early access opening soon.
The squeeze
The quiet leak
One in seven trip-planning sessions now happens inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, up from almost nothing a year ago. These tools read structured data to decide which properties to recommend. Your Airbnb listing has that data. Your own site almost certainly does not. So when a guest asks an AI where to stay, it recommends your competitors and sends your direct booking to them.
What we do
More and more travelers plan trips by asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI where to stay. We make sure your property is the answer, and that it books on your own site rather than an OTA. That is the core of the engine.
We get your property into the AI's recommendation when a traveler asks where to stay in your area, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Being named is not enough. We work to get the AI to cite your own booking site as the source, so the traveler lands on you, not on Airbnb or Booking.com.
Schema markup, an AI-readable FAQ, and an llms.txt tuned to the real questions guests ask about your area, so the models can actually read and trust your site.
We show exactly where you rank today across the major AI assistants, then tune and report your progress in plain English, month after month.
Our ideal operator already runs a direct-booking site and takes payment through their own Stripe. If that is you, we optimize what you have so the AI starts sending it traffic. If it is not, we can set up a fast, mobile-first booking site wired to your own Stripe as an add-on. Payments go straight to you and we never touch your funds. Either way, the AI-visibility engine is the core of what you are buying. We also help you bring past guests back with post-stay email capture and a return-guest discount they can only get by booking direct.
How it works
AI assistants do not rank pages the way Google does. They assemble an answer from the sources they can parse and trust, then cite a few of them. Most boutique properties are invisible at that layer: their site has no structured data the models can read, none of the answers the models look for, and little of the third-party corroboration the models weigh before recommending a place to a traveler.
We structure your property's facts the way the models expect to consume them, and publish the specific answers they reach for when a guest asks about your area.
We build the corroborating signals across the web that the models lean on when deciding which places are real, well reviewed, and worth recommending.
Every month we query the live assistants with the questions your guests actually ask, and show you exactly where you moved.
Getting started
A short intake about your units, your area, and your current booking mix. Five minutes.
Your schema markup, AI-readable answers, and visibility tracking go live. Need a booking site or Stripe wired up too? We handle that as an add-on.
Direct bookings and AI visibility grow, with a plain-English tuning report every month.
If you run 1 to 5 short-term rentals or a small boutique hotel or hostel in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Belize, this is built for you. The big platforms are priced and designed for 20-plus unit operators. The DIY site builders leave you to figure out discoverability alone. We sit in the middle: the layer that makes your existing setup actually get found and convert.
We are building this now and onboarding a small first group of operators. Leave your email and we will reach out when it is ready for you.
No spam. We will only email you about early access. Unsubscribe anytime.
Questions
Some things deliver in week one: the schema markup, machine-readable answers, and email capture go live immediately, and any booking-site add-on works from day one. AI-search visibility compounds over 30 to 90 days, because it depends partly on signals we accelerate but cannot manufacture overnight. We are upfront about what delivers when.
Airbnb's interest is keeping guests booking on Airbnb, not helping you outperform your own listing with a direct site. They are not going to build the tool that cuts their own fees. If anything, they will push AI-search features for their listings, which only confirms the category matters.
No. You build nothing. We set it up and run it. Support handles the technical side for you.
Guests pay you directly through your own Stripe account. We connect it; we never hold your funds. Pricing is in US dollars and billed through our US entity, which keeps it clean for international operators.
